Return/Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, our policies are designed to be fair and accommodating. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Return/Exchange Window:
We have a non-negotiable 14 day return and exchange policy. Returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of the item's delivery date.
Refund/Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team first, specifying the reason for the request. Upon approval, you will be provided with an authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your request to be addressed.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Package must include receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping
Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Exchanges: After your exchange request is approved, you will be sent instructions to complete your exchange along with a prepaid shipping label. Shipping cost will not be covered for more than one exchange per order. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for any further exchanges.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
Exclusions:
Certain items may not be eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards. Subject to management's discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot ensure the replacement of items that are said to be damaged or defective if 14 days have passed due to the potential of damage to be done in this time.
